Darby Murphy-Beard is a highly experienced eventing trainer and coach based in Cheyenne, WY, with a rich background in equestrian education. She began her riding journey at an early age under her mother, Allison Deveraux Murphy, and through her involvement with the United States Pony Club (USPC), of which she has been a proud member since 2005. Darby earned her HB certification and later became a Visiting Instructor, reflecting her dedication to fostering horsemanship and riding skills. She teaches a diverse array of disciplines, including Eventing, Hunter Jumpers, Dressage, Western, and more, serving clients of all ages and skills. Throughout her career, Darby has traveled extensively to conduct riding and horse management clinics across Alaska, Montana, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Texas, Colorado, and California. She has also played an integral role in the development of The Event at Archer, serving as Safety Coordinator and helping it grow into a magnificent competition. Her passion for equestrian education, versatility, and commitment to her students and the sport define her professional journey.
